IKM’s engineering team has extensive experience in inspecting legacy industrial structures and has developed techniques and methods which minimise the risks associated with poor ground conditions, difficult access and working over water.

We’ve been helping a client with the inspection, repair and refurbishment programme of a gasholder frame that is deemed a listed building.

Our team managed the detailed structural inspection, and after analysis, we will work collaboratively with our client to develop a safe and cost-effective refurbishment strategy.
