Oil Spill Response. IKM operate an oil spill response service which is designed to provide office-based and emergency on-site advice in the event of a hydrocarbon spill.

Our Managing Director, Ian MacLachlan, was trained at OSEL Southampton and has provided emergency response and direction for both onshore and offshore oil / product spills. IKM co-ordinated and managed occupational health monitoring, liaison with SEPA / EA, delineation, cleanup levels and remediation / disposal
