Licence & Permit Applications. IKM's extensive knowledge is used to minimise costs for our clients.

IKM are highly informed in respect of the relevant remediation licensing, waste licensing and other regulatory issues relating to the movement and importation of waste soils from contaminated sites.

We will ensure that all work complies with regulations and that there will be no future liability associated with the site.

IKM are well informed and experienced in working with the principles outlined in Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act, 1990 ‘Contaminated Land' and associated guidance.  Much of IKM's work falls within the Part IIA regime.  The experience IKM have gained has led to IKM being able to provide advice on the Part IIA regime to others.

IKM commonly deal with sites where where permit-to-work systems and regulations are employed, such as petrol stations, oil refineries, petrochemical complexes, railways and other hazardous areas. IKM are experienced at preparing outline and detailed designs for works in hazardous situations.
