IKM have undertaken environmental compliance audits for clients on numerous projects, within the steel, petrochemical, waste, railway and property industries. Recent projects have required programmes of environmental audits to ensure compliance with project specific management plans as well as relevant environmental legislation.

IKM have also played a major environmental co-ordination role on several of Scotlands largest and most recent rail projects. Other clients have required Environmental and Due Diligence audits to identify environmental liabilities associated with the purchase and potential redevelopment of brownfield sites.
