Brief

IKM were employed to undertake a Master-plan exercise, developing an existing basic recreational area to provide a wide variety of facilities both for BP personnel and for the local community.

Solution

A Master-plan was developed, comprising football pitches (junior and senior), circuit training area, jogging track, tennis courts and bowling greens. A conceptual design was also prepared for the new building containing changing facilities, a cresh, café and wellbeing centre.
