Brief

IKM were employed to undertake a Feasibility Study for a proposed office and industrial development.

The development was to be sized to meet the current HQ and operations requirements of the Client, with future phases identified for expansion. 

Solution

Phasing strategies and layouts were prepared showing the overall development providing 17,000ft square. ft Offices + 6,300square. ft Warehousing, including car parking and a service yard.
