Brief

IKM Consulting Ltd were appointed on a multi-million, design and build project for a pharmaceutical company in Ayrshire.

Solution

Structural designs were carried out utilising state of the art computer software for the heavily serviced storage and production buildings.

Outcome

In addition, designs were carried out for a new laboratory, canteen and offices. All surface water from roads and drains were taken to attenuation and soakaways.
