Brief

Following recent terrorist attacks around the world, IKM have been investigating and designing blast and bulletproof ballistic panels for modular buildings.

Solution

IKM have undertaken the assessment of existing modular units and designed new units to withstand blast over pressure of up to 500mba a very considerable blast force and armour piercing rounds, fired from several guns. A range of test panels were trialled. The aim being to create a modular building with NIJ  IV ballistic protection level.
